What is the SPA® fountain and what is included in the price?
The SPA® fountain is a new water fountain solution for your offices.
Simply place a 10L Eco Pack SPA® Reine inside the machine. Employees can then serve fresh SPA® water directly. We offer a rental option for the fountain at €20 per month for the freestanding version and €18.50 per month for the countertop version.
This rental price includes delivery, installation, technical support, unit replacement if necessary, and fountain removal if you decide to terminate your contract. All you need to do is purchase the Eco Packs SPA® 10L from our retailers in Belgium.
How does the SPA® fountain work?
The SPA® fountain is very easy to use.
Simply help yourself to the water fountain with your preferred container; glass, bottle or carafe.
Once the 10L Eco Pack is empty, remove it from the fountain, recycle the cardboard and plastic bag in the appropriate containers, and place a new 10L Eco Pack inside the fountain. It couldn't be simpler.
With the SPA® fountain, you no longer need to handle, store, and return empty water bottles. The solution uses no piping and therefore requires no sanitary maintenance. Each Eco Pack comes with its own tap.
All you need to do is order new 10L Eco Packs from your retailer. Simply ensure you maintain the dispenser in good condition by cleaning it occasionally and emptying the drip tray.
Billing and payment for the monthly rental of the water fountain are fully automated (registered payment card or direct debit from your bank account).
How does billing work and what are my payment options?
At the end of each month, we will send you your invoice by email, using the billing address you provided when you registered on the site.
Shortly after the invoice is sent, we will collect the amount due on that invoice via the payment system you have selected.
We currently offer two payment options: you can either leave a registered payment card which will be debited monthly, or agree to set up a direct debit system from your bank account.
Please note that at this stage we do not offer the option to pay by bank transfer.
What is included in the rental price of the SPA® Fountain?
We offer a rental model for the SPA® Fountain at €20 per month for the freestanding version and €18.5 per month for the countertop version. This rental price includes delivery, installation, technical support, replacement of the unit if needed, and removal of the fountain if you decide to end your contract.
You then only need to purchase SPA® 10L Eco Packs from our retailers in Belgium.
What drink options are possible with the SPA® fountain?
The SPA® fountain only works with our Eco Pack SPA® Reine 10L.
Our water fountain system is not compatible with the Eco Pack 5L or our other SPA® brands.
The water temperature is set by default to 12 degrees, the optimal temperature for cool water.
Should I choose the freestanding or countertop version?
Both are excellent options. It depends on how you plan to position the water fountain.
The freestanding unit is our best-selling item. Its storage base can hold up to 4 additional 10L Eco Packs (40L always available).
The countertop version is often preferred when there is not enough space to place the unit on a stand or when the machine needs to be placed on a table in a kitchen or meeting room, for example.
What happens after I register, how does the installation of my SPA® fountain take place?
Once your registration is complete, our delivery partner will contact you within 2 to 3 days to arrange an installation date within a maximum of 2 weeks.
We handle the entire installation process at no extra cost.
The final step will be to choose your reseller to order the Eco Packs SPA® 10L which they will deliver to your offices.
Where can I find a reseller of Eco Packs SPA® Reine 10L for my office?
The Eco Pack SPA® Reine 10L is distributed by a large number of retailers throughout Belgium.
If you already work with an office supply company, we recommend contacting them directly. It will be more convenient to work directly with them for the delivery of your Eco Packs.
They are also available in many stores in Belgium.
