What exactly is the SPA® Fountain and what is included in the price?

The SPA® Fountain is a new water dispenser solution for offices in Belgium.

 

Simply place a SPA® 10L Eco Pack inside the machine, and your employees can then bring a glass, bottle or jug and help themselves to fresh SPA® water straight from the dispenser. The machine is available for rent - at €20 per month for the free-standing version or €18.50 per month for the countertop version - and we’ll deliver it straight to your office.

 

This rental price is all inclusive (delivery and installation, technical assistance and replacement of the unit if necessary, and removal if you terminate your contract).

 

SPA® does not sell Eco Packs directly to customers, but they can easily be obtained from many retailers across Belgium.

Should I choose the countertop or freestanding version?

Both are good options and it really depends on how you plan to use the dispenser.

 

The freestanding unit is our best seller - it has a storage base that holds four additional Eco Packs for easy storage and handling (40L always available) and can be used as is, with no need for an additional table or desk.

 

The countertop version is often more convenient when there isn't enough space for the complete pedestal unit, or when the machine needs to be placed in an area that already has a table and easy storage for Eco Packs (e.g. next to a coffee machine in a kitchen area or in a meeting room).

How does the SPA® Fountain work, and how will I utilise it in my office?

The SPA® Fountain is very easy to use.

 

Simply take a glass, bottle or jug to the machine and press the dispense button to fill your container with SPA water.

 

When the Eco Pack is empty, remove it from the dispenser, recycle the cardboard and plastic bag in the appropriate containers and place a new Eco Pack inside the dispenser.

 

With the SPA® Fountain, you no longer need to handle, store and return empty bottles. The solution requires no sanitary maintenance, as there's no piping (each Eco Pack comes with its own tap).

 

All you have to do is order new Eco Packs from your preferred supplier when your stock is low. Just keep the dispenser in good condition by cleaning it from time to time and emptying the drip tray if water overflows.

 

Billing and payment of the monthly machine rental are fully automated (by registered payment card or direct debit from a bank account), so that's one less thing to think about.

What drink options are available with the SPA® Fountain?

The SPA® Fountain works only with our SPA® Reine 10L Eco Pack.

 

Our system is not compatible with other SPA® brands or with our SPA® 5L Eco Packs (10L is the correct size).

 

The default water temperature is 10 degrees, the optimum temperature for fresh water.

What happens after I sign up? How will my SPA® Fountain be installed?

Once your registration is complete, our delivery partner will contact you (usually within a few days) to arrange an installation date.

 

We aim to complete installations within 2-4 weeks of your registration.

We manage the entire installation process at no extra cost.

 

All you then have to do is choose your preferred supplier for SPA® 10L Eco Packs and place an initial order to ensure you have Eco Packs available once the device is installed in your office.

How can I find the right supplier for SPA® 10L Eco Packs for my office?

The SPA® 10L Eco Pack is available from a large number of retailers across Belgium.

 

We give you the freedom to choose your preferred partner. If you already work with a brewer, office supplier, wholesaler or other distributor who delivers drinks or other products to your office, we recommend that you contact them first. It is usually more convenient and cost-effective to have them also deliver your Eco Packs.

How does billing work and what are my payment options?

At the end of each month, we’ll send you your invoice by email to the billing email address you provided when you registered on the site.

 

Shortly after this, we’ll collect the amount due on this invoice via your chosen payment method.

 

We currently offer two payment options: you can either use a registered payment card that will be debited each month, or set up a direct debit from your bank account.

 

Please note that we cannot accept payment by bank transfer on receipt of an invoice or purchase orders.
