SPA® water was first bottled in 1583. At that time, it was already famous. From all over the world, the great and the good came to Spa to enjoy the beneficial effects of its water. To drink it, but also to bathe in it. Tsar Peter the Great, Victor Hugo and Queen Marie-Henriette were all regular guests at the Spa thermal baths.
Top quality water
SPA® mineral water is officially recognised as a natural mineral water. This is not an easy distinction to obtain, as natural mineral water must come from groundwater of pristine purity. It must be safe from all risks and therefore strictly protected. Its mineral composition must be stable over time and it must be bottled at the spring. Finally, it must not undergo any chemical or microbiological processing. SPA® water is therefore 100% naturally pure.

The Eco Pack, a more sustainable packaging
In 2022, SPA® invested in a new production line to distribute SPA® water in a large format and created the Eco Pack. This technology offers many advantages: as with all our packaging, it guarantees perfect hygiene and water conservation. In addition, this sustainable packaging is made from 100% recyclable cardboard and an internal plastic pouch allows for a saving of 70%* on plastic compared with traditional bottles.
Finally, the Eco Pack makes life easier for users, with its large 5L and 10L sizes that are easy to transport, store and use.

Finally, we take care to protect the spring on a daily basis, which is why we have been awarded the highest certification (Platinum) by the Alliance for WaterStewardship
