What is the SPA® Fountain?
The SPA® Fountain is a new water cooler solution that works with SPA® Reine 10L Eco Packs. Simply place a SPA® Reine 10L Eco Pack inside the machine. You can then directly serve yourself fresh SPA® Reine water.
What's included in the rental price for the SPA® Fountain?
We offer a rental model for the SPA® Fountain at €20 per month for the floor-standing version and €18.5 per month for the countertop version.
This rental price includes delivery, installation, technical assistance, unit replacement if necessary, and removal of the fountain if you decide to terminate your contract. Therefore, you only need to purchase the SPA® 10L Eco Packs from our resellers in Belgium.
How do I know whether to choose the free-standing or counter-top version?
Both are excellent options. It depends on how you plan to arrange the water dispenser.
The free-standing unit is our best seller. Its storage base can hold up to 4 additional 10L Eco Packs (40L always available).
The compact version is often preferred when there isn't enough space for the floor-standing unit or when the machine needs to be placed on a table in a kitchen or meeting room, for example.
How does the SPA® Fountain work?
The SPA® Fountain is very easy to use.
Simply serve yourself from the water cooler with your preferred container: a glass, bottle, or carafe.
Once the 10L Eco Pack is empty, remove it from the cooler, recycle the cardboard and plastic bag in the appropriate bins, and place a new 10L Eco Pack inside the fountain. It's that simple.
With the SPA® Fountain, you no longer need to handle, store, or return empty water bottles. The solution uses no piping and therefore requires no sanitary maintenance. Each Eco Pack comes with its own tap.
All you have to do is order new 10L Eco Packs from your dealer.
Just make sure to keep the dispenser in good condition by cleaning it occasionally and emptying the drip tray.
Billing and payment for the monthly rental are fully automated (registered payment card or direct debit from your bank account).
What drink options are available with the SPA® Fountain?
The SPA® Fountain only works with the SPA® Reine 10L Eco Pack.
Our water cooler is not compatible with the 5L Eco Pack or our other SPA® products.
The water temperature is set by default to 9 degrees, the optimal temperature for fresh water.
How does billing work and what are my payment options?
At the end of each month, we will email your invoice to the billing address you provided when you made your purchase/rental.
Shortly after the invoice is sent, we will charge the amount due on that invoice via the payment system you selected.
We currently offer two payment options: you can either leave a payment card on file, which will be debited each month, or agree to set up a direct debit system from your bank account (domiciliation).
Please note that at this stage, we do not offer the option to pay by bank transfer.
