How to set up your SPA® Fountain

The SPA® Fountain, the water cooler from SPA, is designed for quick and easy installation.  

After your request, the SPA® Fountain will be installed at your office within 2 to 4 weeks. Our installation service will come on-site to set everything up, and we will contact you beforehand to ensure a smooth process. 

If you want to move the unit later, we provide practical tips to help you do so safely.  

Thanks to its plug‑and‑play design, you have access to pure, chilled SPA® Reine water within minutes, no complex assembly or technical expertise required. Follow the steps below for a seamless installation. 

1. Choose the right location for your unit

  • Place the SPA® Fountain on a flat and stable surface (maximum 2° tilt). 
  • Position the unit indoors only, in a dry environment. 
  • Keep all ventilation openings clear. 
  • Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, or other heat sources. 

2. Connecting to power

  • Use a standard 230V grounded outlet. 
  • Have any electrical adjustments performed by a qualified technician. 
  • Ensure the unit can be fully switched off via a switch or circuit breaker. 

3.(Optional) Installation on the storage cabinet

  • Slightly loosen the rear screws of the cabinet. 
  • Place the unit centered on top of the cabinet. 
  • Slide the SPA® Fountain forward until it fits neatly. 
  • Make sure the unit is securely anchored and tighten the screws. 

4. Placing a SPA® Reine Eco Pack 10L

  • Remove the pre‑cut opening in the box and take out the VITOP tap. 
  • Insert the tap into the correct opening of the box. 
  • Open the door of the unit. 
  • Place the Eco Pack on the internal shelf and click the tap into place. 
  • Close the door until you can feel that it is fully locked. 
  • Grid down for small cups, grid up for large bottles. 

5. Final check before use

  • Are all components correctly attached? 
  • Is the unit level and is ventilation clear? 
  • Is the power connection correct? 

Everything set? Then your SPA® Fountain is ready to use.
