How to use the SPA® Fountain efficiently

1. Daily use 

  • Very simple: take a glass, bottle, or carafe, place it under the tap and press the lever (PUSH) to dispense water. 
  • For small cups or glasses: lower the intermediate grid. For large bottles: lift the grid upwards. 
  • The water temperature is set to 12°C by default, the ideal drinking temperature. 
  • Empty the drip tray regularly if drops accumulate. 

2. What to do when the SPA® Reine Eco Pack is empty 

  • When the water flows less smoothly, your SPA® Reine Eco Pack is likely empty. 
  • Open the right-side door and remove the empty pack from the SPA® Fountain. 
  • Recycle the cardboard box and the plastic inner bag. 
  • Take a new SPA® Reine Eco Pack from your stock and install it as described below. 

How to replace a SPA® Reine Eco Pack? 

  1. Open the box: push in the pre‑cut circle and take the VITOP tap out of the opening. 
  2. Position the tap: place the VITOP tap back into the cardboard slot, so it clicks firmly into place. 
  3. Open the door on the right-hand side of the SPA® Fountain. 
  4. Place the new SPA® Reine Eco Pack on the internal shelf. 
  5. Click the tap into the holder so it stands straight and stable. 
  6. Close and lock the door, ensuring it is fully shut. 
  7. Test briefly by pressing the PUSH lever: the water should flow immediately and evenly.
