Cancellation and Termination Policy

The SPA Fountain online store is exclusively intended for business customers. No statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies to orders placed on this website.

Purchase of items

Any confirmed purchase order is final and may not be cancelled, returned or refunded, except with Spadel’s express written agreement or in the event of a defect covered by the applicable General Conditions.

In the event of visible damage, an apparent defect or an issue upon delivery, the Customer must notify Spadel in writing within five (5) working days after delivery. Any hidden defects are covered in accordance with the applicable General Conditions.

Rental of water fountains

The rental agreement for a SPA Fountain is concluded for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it in writing, subject to a notice period of three (3) months, in accordance with the applicable General Conditions.

Upon termination of the rental agreement, for any reason whatsoever, any devices belonging to Spadel must be made available for return and collection in accordance with the applicable General Conditions.
